All VOLUNTEERS AND DRIVERS
To Volunteer as a parent/carer helper at our school please fill in the Volunteer Declaration form and submit it to us. You will be required to provide us with 100 points of identification from this list Appendix 6 I.D. 2021 before you commence volunteering as well as completing a brief site induction at the office.
*This volunteer declaration check lasts for 5 years so for many parents you may need to do this once.
** If you are volunteering to drive any student to an event you will need to fill in a travel by private vehicle note (issued to student with event permission note) and provide a current drivers licence and car registration documents (required annually). The travel by private vehicle note needs to be completed for each individual event.
