Icy Fridays
We offer a selection of ice blocks and ice cream tubs for purchase. Prices range from 50c to $2.50. It's a great way for students to enjoy a cool treat at the end of the week!
Commitment to Healthy Eating
At our school canteen, we are dedicated to promoting healthy eating habits among our students. We adhere to the guidelines set forth by the NSW Healthy School Canteen Strategy in line with the Department of Education and Communities' Healthy Canteen and Fresh Tastes Strategy.
Our goal is to provide nutritious and delicious food options that encourage students to make healthy choices. We believe that a balanced diet is crucial for our students' growth, development, and overall well-being.
Volunteer Opportunities
We are always looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help in the canteen.
Volunteering is a great way to get involved in the school community. Volunteers are only needed once a term from 9 AM to 12 PM, so it's not a big commitment. Plus, kids really get a kick out of seeing their parents, Grandparents or carers in the canteen! If you are interested in volunteering, please email us at cambewarra.pandc@gmail.com
Supporting the School Community
The canteen also caters for school events such as Grandparent’s Day, school carnivals and the school by providing special lunch menus and extra items on those days. All profits made at the canteen go back into the P&C and help fund important projects and resources for the school. Your support of the school canteen directly contributes to improving the educational environment and opportunities for our students.
