The making of the Cambewarra school song started way back in 2019 when Mr Bond approached Mrs Turner with an idea. That idea was for Mrs Turner and Stage 3 students to spend 2 days with professional song writer, Anthony Snape, and create magic!

The brief of this new challenge was to collaboratively write 5 songs. Stage 3 and Mrs Turner love a challenge and responded to Mr Bond with a renowned "CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!". And they did not disappoint.

One month later there was a beautiful and unlifting concert held at Bomaderry High School to showcase the songs that were created. Everyone was entertained and the students were on a high for ages after the curtains closed.

Stage 3 of 2020 left their mark on Cambewarra Public School by providing the future generations with a school song that embodies all of what it means to come to CPS every day. Additionally, Mrs Turner will forever remember this experience as a career highlight, and she will forever have these songs to look back on fondly.
