At Cambewarra Public School, we recognise that values and beliefs must be shared to ensure quality learning for every student.
We use the latest teaching and learning practices in classrooms each day to help create responsible and interested learners. Our students enjoy learning, and are enthusiastic and engaged, because we have sucessfully implemented our curriculum. We understand that learning takes place best within a quality teaching model.
Our school rewards positive behaviour. Students learn to make the right choices in real life and inside the school's rich learning settings. We encourage them to look at the consequences of their actions and to make well thought through decisions. Teachers help students to understand the importance of valuing and respecting themselves and others.
The school, located in Cambewarra village, is a focus for the community who actively support school initiatives and enrich the school's curriculum. The school's stated aim is "to provide quality education in a caring environment" and provides sporting, cultural, enrichment and support programs to enable all students to develop to their potential.
