P & C

Our P&C meets on Monday Week 3 of term at 2pm in the staff room and Monday of week 7 of term at 6pm in COOSH building.

Meetings starting at 2pm occur in the School Staffroom and usually finish by 3pm depending upon the items for discussion. Meeting starting at 6pm are held in theCOOSH building.

Cambewarra Public School P&C is a school based body of parents, friends and teachers who work closely to help with the needs of the school community and contribute to decisions about the school. Our P&C is very active. We operate COOSH, the uniform shop and fundraising events.

COOSH provides excellent before and after school and vacation care for both our school and the wider community.

The canteen is currently open Fridays at first break for lunch orders "Icy Friday" treats. It is also available for special breakfast and lunch days, school picnics and special functions, as advertised throughout the year. We are always looking for helpers in the canteen on these days. Please contact the P&C to volunteer. Please see our P&C Canteen page linked to this page for information on how to set up your online orders via the Canteen app.

The uniform shop provides an excellent service to parents and carers with its pre-ordering and over the counter uniform sales. EFTPOS and cash sales are available. Uniforms can be ordered online for delivery to the classroom and is open on even week Mondays (same day/time as assembly).

The Fundraising Subcommittee raises funds for the school via a variety of activities and social events. The Calf and Craft Fair, held in every odd numbered year, is our major fundraising event. Funds are also raised from school and community BBQs, Easter and Christmas raffles, cake stalls, Fun Runs and Mother's and Father's Day stalls. The P&C administers student banking and receives a commission for every account and deposit, which also assists with our fundraising.

Without volunteers these services and activities would not be possible. The funds they generate help provide additional education resources and finance improvements to the school facilities and grounds.

All parents and friends of Cambewarra School are welcomed to join the P&C. A membership fee of $2/AGM year is all that it costs, along with an enthusiasm to get involved and give a hand. Print the P&C Membership Form 2020 and bring to a meeting with your $2 to become a financial member. Meetings are advised to families via Sentral and the newsletter. Even if you can't attend meetings, the P&C is always looking for helpers for the organisation and running of fundraising activities and social events and in the canteen.

The P&C is always keen for fresh ideas and any help you can give. Your time and support will always be extremely valued. So come along and help us, help our Cambewarra School.

The P&C can be contacted at cambewarra.pandc@gmail.com
