* Please ensure that when you leave a phone message regarding absences that you speak slowly and clearly and say your child's name, class, reason and the date if you know it so we can accurately record your child's absence. If we can't hear your message clearly, an unexplained absence may be recorded against your child's attendance.
* Also, please endeavour to let us know as early as possible about changes for your child's collection after school. The office is VERY busy and it helps immensely if you give us time to relay messages to classrooms. We do our very best to convey your messages, but if you call us close to bell time we may not be able to relay the message before the class disperses or if they are outdoors.
* It is our policy that students must wait at the office for collection by late parents and you must inform us that you are taking your child before you leave. Please do not wait in the car and call your child up to you. The safety of all children is our priority.
